The Villa Cafe in Ngaio is getting busier, and starting to open in the evenings — and we’re looking for a Cafe Manager to help shape this new chapter.

Hours: Flexible, but likely 25-35 hours mainly during the weekdays, with some weekend and evening work.

About the cafe:

We're a warm, inclusive community hub where we aim to make everyone feel at home. Our ethos is simple: serve honest, delicious food made with fresh, local produce.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• 3-5 years working in a cafe, restaurant or bar and who has proven management experience
• is able to manage the operations of a busy cafe, including managing and rostering staff and working with suppliers
• Is comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Brings creativity and flexibility
• Loves being part of a community space with soul
